Magdalena Dudziec - Kośnik
Attorney-at-law (2008). She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw
She graduated from the School of British Law and European Union Law co-organized by the University of Cambridge, and postgraduate studies in Law and Capital Market Economics organized by the Warsaw School of Economics.
She is a lecturer on studies at the Kozminski University.
Tomasz Bańka
Attorney-at-law (2008). He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw
He specializes in commercial law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M & A). He has extensive experience in the corporate and transaction area. As part of the internship, he deals with legal aspects of project financing, as well as share deal and asset deal transactions. He participated in many legal audits of business entities and transaction structuring processes. He provides day-to-day legal services to business entities, especially commercial law companies. He also has experience in providing legal assistance to investment funds and public companies.
Author of articles on the subject of financing companies. Lecturer at postgraduate studies in Project Management.
